OVERVIEW
This Indian Hills residence got an extensive addition to accommodate a growing family’s needs. We added an additional, oversized, two stall garage, and built a new mud room to connect it to the existing garage. Behind the garage on the lower level, we built a two-story sports court with a basketball hoop, sports court flooring, and viewing windows. Above the garage and court addition, we added two kids’ bedrooms, a school room, and a living room that connects to the existing structure.
