OVERVIEW
This historic home in the McKennen Park area of Sioux Falls went through a complete interior renovation. On the main level, we integrated the new kitchen, the living room, and the dining room to create a more open floor plan. In our redesign, we also updated the family’s mud room and powder bath to increase functionality. Upstairs, the smaller bedrooms were converted into three larger, more usable bedrooms with two full baths and a large master closet. All finishes and fixtures were updated to create a classic modern look that maintains the home’s historic character.
